RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

FaCheaux Fashion Vibes, LLC has an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. Please note that due to COVID-19, returns or exchanges are NOT allowed until further notice to ensure the quality health and safety of our customers. In effort to help you with ordering the perfect selection, please read the product description or send an inquiry to customerservice@facheauxfashions.com for further details.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Merchandise may be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery for exchange. No exceptions. Please note that date of delivery is the confirmed delivery date given by USPS. You must send a photo to customerservice@facheauxfashions.com of the damage/defective item along with all the details of your invoice order to approve a return. FaCheaux Fashion Vibes, LLC reserves the right to deny any exchange without prior return approval.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unworn, unaltered and with original tags attached if any). Any merchandised returned that appears to be worn, stained or smell of perfume or smoke will be refused and returned to you at the customer’s shipping expense.

Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items: sale or clearance items, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, facemasks, bandeaus, custom apparel or products and any ALL-WHITE clothing merchandise.

Exchanges can only be applied once per order and if the merchandise is in stock.
