STORE POLICY

Effective May 1, 2021

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address for orders.  Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. It is highly recommended that customers use the same formatting that the USPS uses when identifying your address. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building and/or apartment numbers are pertinent to ensuring timely delivery.

All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays). Standard delivery is typically 3-4 days from shipment. However, due to COVID-19 and/or inclement weather may cause a delay in your delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping tracking number once your order has shipped.  

FaCheaux Fashion Vibes do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivery of orders. Packages that are “returned to sender” due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer will be subjected to shipping fees. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

There is a $9 flat rate shipping fee. Local pickup is available only on Saturday’s between 9 am til noon.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address for orders. Immediately send us an email at customerservice@facheauxfashions.com of any corrections to your shipping address. Orders are processed immediately, so we cannot guarantee that shipping addresses will be updated. FaCheaux Fashion Vibes, LLC primary goal is to provide excellent customer service. For this reason, we will attempt to make every effort to correct shipping addresses if possible.

What happens if I did not receive my delivery?

Please contact your local USPS post office and provide your shipment tracking details. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with USPS or local carrier. We will not replace packages with a confirmed delivery status.
